Questions shops ask us
Does a listing cost anything?
No. We work on commission from sales through our links. There is no listing or setup fee.
Can a partnership buy a better score?
No. Scores come from the five criteria and public information. A partnership can influence placement on lists, which we disclose; it doesn’t change your scores or your spec sheet.
My shop is already listed. What changes?
Your review page stays. As a partner you can add codes, correct facts with documentation and receive the monthly unlock report.
What does the monthly report contain?
How many times each of your codes was unlocked, split by language. It goes to the email address you apply with.
How long does the review take?
Usually a few working days. If documentation is missing, we tell you exactly what we need.
Do you accept every shop?
No. We decline shops without an identifiable operator or clear terms, and shops that make medical claims.
